Summit County ski areas took advantage of a weekend snowstorm and continued snowfall this week to expand terrain and open new lifts. Peak 6 opens for the season at Breckenridge Ski ResortBreckenridge Ski Resort opened Peak 6 on Tuesday, Jan. 27, meaning that all five peaks are now officially open at the resort.
