My best friend is quadriplegic, and this service is one of the only transportation options available to her. Today, she had a very important date planned soon with close friends, something she rarely gets! Yes, we understand they can’t accommodate everyone and population is growing, but that cannot continue to be the excuse when the same people are being left behind over and over again. Because of this service’s unreliability, she has missed:• funerals• weddings• important medical appointments• quality time with her familyThese aren’t luxuries.
