Born in Anyox, British Columbia, on August 16, 1932, Eric was the son of John and Grace Bodin.
While he was born John Erick Bodin, names never mattered much to him.
Eric’s family life began after meeting Patricia Nesbitt on a badminton court.
Together, they raised three daughters: Sandra Kay (Laurie), Nedra Post (Al), and Romi Bodin (Lisa).
It was a ritual that brought warmth, comfort, and quiet satisfaction, and in later years, it was the help of special friends that kept his spark going.
