MONTPELIER, Vt. (WCAX) - A car barely avoided crashing into a building in Montpelier on Thursday. It happened at City Center on East State Street. The vehicle didn’t quite crash through the building, but there is some damage to the facade. No word yet on whether there were any injuries. All rights reserved.
