Roberta Ann Starmer, 74, of St. Joseph, Missouri passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at a local health care facility. She was born February 3, 1951 in St. Joseph, daughter of Winifred and Jake Wright. She later married Randall Starmer and together they had son, Ralph. Roberta was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Marie Elaine Holland and Rebecca Hoskins, brothers, John, Jacob and Patrick Wright. Survivors include husband, Randall Starmer of St. Joseph her children, Jonathan Marshall, Shaine Pasley, sisters, Rosa Lee Threet and Wendy Studer and brother, Joseph Wright and 4 grandchildren.
