(KLKN) — A Lincoln woman was arrested on Thursday after a malnourished boy was airlifted to a hospital in Omaha. Angela Lowe, 46, was arrested on suspicion of felony child abuse, first-degree assault and false imprisonment. On Jan. 12, Lowe brought a 12-year-old boy in her care to a local emergency room. The boy was airlifted to Children’s Hospital in Omaha and was determined to be in septic shock with pneumonia.
