United Way of Logan County cleared the $1 million mark once again.
The organization set an ambitious goal of $1.1 million for the year, and the final result continues a multi-year trend of sustained local support, keeping United Way above the $1 million mark.
McGillis thanked donors, volunteers and workplace campaign leaders for their generosity and commitment, and also recognized 2025 Campaign Chairman Dougie Boggs for his leadership and the time he dedicated to guiding the campaign.
Double Gold-level honors were awarded to Robinson Investments/Foster Logistics; Citizens Federal Savings and Loan; and the Logan County Chamber of Commerce.
Tammy “goes above and beyond” in her service to United Way, often stepping in even when it is not her responsibility, McGillis noted.
