Stryker saw $25.1 billion in revenue for the full year 2025, according to financial results posted Jan. 29. Full-year sales were up 11.2% compared to 2024. The company also saw sales increase 11.4% year over year during the fourth quarter of 2025 with $7.2 billion. The company is projecting its 2026 full-year sales to increase 8% to 9.5%. “Having surpassed $25 billion in revenue, we enter 2026 with significant momentum and are poised to continue delivering growth at the high end of MedTech.”
