Even though we’re a private practice, we have various conferences weekly and monthly like an academic practice would.
For example, our spine physicians meet weekly to present and collaboratively discuss the most appropriate treatment approach for each individual case.
That’s one of the reasons private practice gets driven to employment or other private equity situations.
