He was charged on Wednesday, January 21 with not surrendering 13 firearms to police that he possessed and for which he didn't have a licence. He was also charged with possessing 13 unauthorised firearms; possessing 13 firearms without a permit; hindering a law enforcement officer, other than police, in the execution of their duty; possessing ammunition without a licence or permit; and hindering police in the execution of their duty.
