An artist from Farnworth, Borowy, who had been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, was known to mental health services as a patient who had experienced psychosis and hallucinations telling her to hurt others. Mrs Rawden has now detailed her concerns over what happened in what is known as a Prevention of Future Deaths (PFD) report. "I am concerned that without a robust handover process in place, key information about those detained under the Mental Health Act and being transported by police will not be appropriately communicated.
