Transporters have continued their blockades at border crossings over the EES matter. According to initial estimates by chambers, the financial damage to the region amounts to 100 million euros daily. A Makam-trans representative said when transporters were just a day or two late at border crossings with regards to stay, they were treated as criminals at border crossings and even issued one-year bans on EU entry in their passports.
