The Royal Family are planning to visit Dedham, where they will visit a local pub and restaurant. ‌They will also meet local community heroes and businesses who have supported the Dedham community. ‌King Charles and Queen Camilla will then meet members of the local community and pupils of a nearby school as they walk down the High Street to Essex Rose Teahouse to enjoy a tea party. ‌Cllr Michael Lilley, Mayor of Colchester, said: "It is a tremendous honour to welcome Their Majesties back to our city.
