A traffic collision on the A129 this morning (Thursday, January 29) resulted in a fatal incident. In the early hours of this morning, a horse was fatally struck by a car near the Carpenters Arms Roundabout. At the time, another horse was reported as missing, but has since been found and is safe. “At 3.30am, our Clerk received a call from Essex Police to assist with locating the owners of a horse that had sadly been fatally struck in a traffic collision on the A129 near Carpenters Arms Roundabout.”The owners of the horse were located and informed of the incident.
