The boys were arrested in Cranes Farm Road on Tuesday morning, January 27, after a Land Rover was stolen from the Rochford area overnight. After short, separate foot chases, two teenage boys were arrested. A 14-year-old boy was arrested on the same charges as well as possessing an offensive weapon.
