PanARMENIAN.Net - During a government meeting, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan raised the issue of Dalma Gardens, reiterating that since 2018, the Yerevan Municipality has been tasked with preserving the area as a non-developable urban forest. Mayor Tigran Avinyan confirmed that a 250-hectare Dalma forest park will be established, 1lurer.am reports. “In fact, the municipality has commissioned a techno-economic study for the Dalma Gardens, covering a 250-hectare area. Avinyan clarified that contractual procedures are underway with the selected company:“Things are moving in a normal course. To build a multifunctional center, the Yerevan Municipality will expropriate and designate as a public interest the Paskievich Hill and adjacent areas in Noragyugh, Kentron district.
