Wero payments move one step closer in Luxembourg
[]
Luxembourg Times
Preparations for the rollout of the European payments app Wero in Luxembourg have advanced, after the portfolio of business customers directly connected to Payconiq International was formally transferred to Buckaroo following regulatory approval.
The transfer marks the operational start of a strategic partnership between Buckaroo, Payconiq International and the European Payments Initiative (EPI).
For now, the move impacts the merchant side of the payments ecosystem and does not change how consumers in Luxembourg make payments.
