European digital fund operations specialist Fundcraft has appointed Christian Senitz as Chief Operating Officer, as the company enters a new phase of execution-led growth and European expansion. Senitz brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across finance and operations in high-growth technology and financial services businesses, including Rocket Internet. In his new role, Senitz will lead group-wide operational execution, industrialise Fundcraft’s operating platform and support expansion into new European fund domiciles beyond Luxembourg, the company said in a statement. Senitz has been closely involved with Fundcraft for over five years as a board director and now transitions into an executive role. Alongside the appointment, Fundcraft has opened a Paris office to anchor its French operations, with local teams being built across portfolio management, risk management and compliance, subject to regulatory approval from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).
