The famous family-run restaurant Léa Linster in south Luxembourg is set to change its name to that of the young chef who won the establishment its two Michelin stars. Louis Linster is the son of celebrity chef Léa and has been running the Frisange restaurant since 2017. Linster told the Luxemburger Wort that the name would change in February, although he could not give a precise date. When Léa Linster took over the running of it, it had been called Emil Linster.
