A retired fire chief says “significant” potholes on an Angus road are an accident waiting to happen. Scott Bricknall, former watch commander at Balmossie station in Broughty Ferry, is calling on Angus Council to take immediate action. “There has been a severe deterioration of this road surface since approximately 2020. “I have requested that Angus Council address the roadway conditions as a matter of urgency. I think it deserves a permanent fix.”Repairs scheduledA spokesperson for Angus Council said: “The council routinely and reactively inspects its road network in line with its risk-based policy.
