Image suppliedPerth community radio station RTRFM is on the lookout for a new Music Director, with the station’s current musical steward Matthew Perrett signing off at the end of February. Perrett began volunteering with RTRFM in 2018 and took up the mantle of Music Director in 2021. He has also spent the past four and a half years championing local artists and alternative music from around the globe, spotlighting more than 200 feature albums from WA and countless individual acts and songs. “RTRFM and community radio has been a fundamental part of my life for the past eight years and I loved every minute of it,” says Perrett.
