“No one is taking responsibility” to end anti-social behaviour outside the boarded-up M&S in Aberdeen city centre, a leading councillor has admitted.
Over the festive period, more police were sent into Aberdeen city centre to tackle the issue.
Mr McLellan said: “There is a recognised issue with anti-social behaviour in the heart of the city centre, outside M&S.
