Raffles and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts announced that hospitality industry veteran Alexandra Withers has been named chief commercial officer of Accor's Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Raffles Hotels & Resorts brands, as of Jan. 19. NATIONAL: Intrepid Travel, an adventure travel company, has signed a landmark partnership agreement with the Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada (ITAC), committing $500,000 over the next five years to support the growth and promotion of Indigenous tourism across Canada.
