A 32-year-old man has been charged after authorities say he struck a woman’s vehicle and then tried to intentionally run over her when she exited her vehicle following the crash. The woman had to jump to get out of the way and landed on top of the suspect’s vehicle. Officers then found the victim, who said she was traveling on Avenue B when Donnan struck her vehicle from behind. As she exited her vehicle, Donnan accelerated toward her, causing her to jump to avoid being struck and land on top of his vehicle. The victim stated she then attempted to flee the scene, but Donnan followed her in his vehicle and attempted to strike her again.
