Auburn basketball has now won four straight SEC games to improve to 14-7 overall and 5-3 against conference opponents. Auburn coach Steven Pearl talked about the lessons he learned in SEC play so far and how the team is preparing for the competitive stretch of basketball ahead. It was also the largest comeback for Auburn in an SEC win since the Tigers’ rallied from 16 points in the second half to beat Tennessee in 2020. But for Pearl, he’s focused on the next game ahead as he returns to his alma mater in Knoxville, Tennessee, for the Tigers ninth conference game. They just won an overtime game against Georgia, so they’re going to be playing with a ton of confidence,” Pearl added.
