Devastating Train Crash Leaves Woman Dead in Arkansas

An 82-year-old Louisiana woman, Carol Buckallew, died after her vehicle was struck by a train in Pulaski County, Arkansas, on January 28 around 6:30 a.m. at the 19400 block of Big Lake Hunting Club.
Her 78-year-old companion, Norman Buckallew, was also in the vehicle and was hospitalized for treatment.
The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident, with updates pending.
Authorities said a woman is dead after her car was hit by a train early on Wednesday.
