Services will be held at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 1 p.m. with Bro. Visitation will be at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Wednesday. Mr. Collins was born in McKee, Kentucky, on April 9, 1944, to the late Albert Collins and Lola Collins Rice. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Gary Albert Collins. Arrangements are under the direction of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home & Crematory.
