SIKESTON — Wanda Spurlock Couch, age 101, passed away on Jan. 24, 2026, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. On June 7, 1946, in Henderson, Kentucky, she married Robert Couch Jr. who preceded her in death on Jan. 9, 1977. She served as a volunteer at Missouri Delta Medical Center for several years. She is survived by two sons, Tony (Reta) Couch and David Couch; two daughters, Debbie (Larry) Whitlock and Lisa Lawson; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
