Smith, R-Heppner, on Wednesday, Jan. 28, visited Wheeler High School in Fossil. Smith called the town hall discussion “thoughtful, respectful and productive,” adding he felt everyone was committed to keeping debate civil. “It was a pleasure to host Rep. Smith at Wheeler High School,” McMurray said.
