Planning permission was refused for the two to five-bedroom homes in Wynyard Village in May 2024.
As the proposal would be in-keeping, it would not harm the character of Wynyard Village."
Mark Antonopoulos, managing director at Cameron Hall Homes, said: "We're pleased to have been granted planning permission for a further phase of homes in Wynyard.
It argued this would "further enhance the sustainability of Wynyard Village and broaden the range of shops and services available to residents".
