CHIANG RAI – A small earthquake gave residents in Sri Thoi Subdistrict, Mae Suai District, a quick jolt yesterday afternoon. It damaged homes, schools, temples, and roads across Mae Lao, Mae Suai, and Phan, and caused one death and dozens of injuries.
