Three Palestinians were killed and five injured Thursday by Israeli army gunfire and airstrikes in the Gaza Strip despite a ceasefire, according to medical sources, Anadolu reports.
Israeli forces shot and killed two Palestinians east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza as military vehicles opened fire in eastern areas of the city, said a medical source.

A second Palestinian was killed by Israeli gunfire in the same city, outside areas of Israeli military deployment, said another medical source at Nasser Hospital.
Since the ceasefire took effect in early October, Israeli actions have killed 492 Palestinians and wounded 1,356 others.
