(Image: Family handout)A man who was arrested after a fatal crash which killed a beloved soldier from Plymouth will face no further action from police. ‌After the crash the Audi driver, a man in his 20s from Plymouth, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. ‌A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "A man arrested following a fatal road traffic collision in Torquay last year will face no further police action. ‌"Following the collision the Audi driver – a man in his 20s from Plymouth - was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
