His ongoing attack included him shoving a shoulder into the victim so she was again forced into the door, striking her with one hand, kicking her while she was on the floor, picking her up by her shirt and slamming her back to the floor, grabbing her and shaking her repeatedly and then forcefully kicking her twice.
