The company stressed that residents ‘haven’t been forgotten’ and that engineers are working to restore service ‘as quickly as we can.’In a statement today, Openreach apologised for the continuing outage. ‘We’re very sorry the community of Porthallow is still without phone or broadband following Storm Goretti. Service providers have been advising Openreach on vulnerable customers in the area so their repairs can be prioritised.
