A 12-year-old girl has described in court how a man accused of raping her laughed as she pleaded with him to stop. She said she was ‘unable to breathe’ as his friend is alleged to have strangled her. Ahmad Mulakhil is charged with rape and Mohammad Kabir with aiding. Both men are Afghan nationals. Prosecution lawyers at Warwick Crown Court said the girl was targeted in the attack at a recreation ground in Nuneaton last July.
