The clinic, led by Ashley Sanchez, allows for Notre Dame law students-while under the supervision of a licensed attorney-to provide legal counseling and representation to individuals before U.S.
Citizenship and Immigration Services and in removal proceedings before Immigration Courts.
The Clinic can assist with several immigration matters including:Removal DefenseBond HearingsAsylumCitizenshipFamily ReunificationAdjustment of Status ("Green Card" applications)DACATemporary Protected Status (TPS)Work PermitsSpecial Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)The Immigration Clinic is primarily serving those living in the greater South Bend area but is also able to provide representation to individuals in the Chicago and Indianapolis Immigration Courts.
