For the second time in less than a week, teething toys sold on Amazon have been recalled after reports of children choking on them. The previous recall involved Yetonamr pull string teething toys. The CPSC said it is aware of 15 choking incidents and two incidents of children able to bite pieces off the silicone strings. Last week, Longyanguiheng of China recalled 6,800 Yetonamr pull string teething toys. The toys were sold for between $10 and $16 on Amazon from June 2025 to October 2025.
