A retail pad in south Fort Myers changed hands for $950,000. The 1.9-acre plot at 13480 Rickenbacker Parkway will become a Dollar Tree store. It sits west of JetBlue Park, off Daniels Parkway near Southwest Florida International Airport. DPG Florida Shopping Centers LLC purchased the land from Daniels Parkway Real Estate Investment LP. Next door, a 7-Eleven is going up.
