Police arrested a North Platte resident on Wednesday and charged him with stealing more than $20,000 in tires from three businesses around town, using a phony credit card. Again, the credit card was found to be fraudulent. This time, the subject fraudulently used a credit card to make three tire purchases totaling about $13,000.
