– The Delmarva Discovery Museum has launched a GoFundMe fundraiser as they prepare for their busiest season of the year. Christy Gordon, the Executive Director said that they need the extra financial backing because of the otters they house. The museum not only takes care of the otters, but also the countless other live exhibits. So we were trying to think of a way we can use some help.”Gordon added that taking care of those otters – Mack and Tuck – is a very expensive operation. “We’re trying to keep the history and teach them what’s right there in their backdoor, a lot of people have no idea how incredible the Eastern Shore is and what it has to offer.”The Delmarva Discovery Museum will host events throughout, here is the link.
