Bobby Gene Holloway, age 85, of Gracey, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at Trigg County Hospital. Born on January 5, 1941, in Eddyville, Kentucky, he was the son of James Smith Holloway, Sr., and Eliza Belle Murphy Holloway. On December 20 of the same year, he married Jo Ann Yates Holloway. After his military service, Bobby worked as a skilled electrician at Phelps Dodge Magnet Wire Co. and Reed Crushed Stone. Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Jo Ann Yates Holloway, of Gracey; his son, Anthony Yates Holloway, and wife Sherry, of Gracey; and his granddaughter, Chloe Lassiter Holloway, who was the light of his life.
