MARYSVILLE, Ohio — A Union County grand jury has indicted three people accused of operating a commercial sex enterprise at a Marysville massage parlor, according to an announcement Wednesday from Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost. The case stems from an investigation by the Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force, which operates under the Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission in the attorney general’s office. Those indicted are Anthony Tignor, 58; Fang Hu, 53; and Shunying Li, 61, all of Marysville. Tignor and Hu were arrested Jan. 27 and are being held at the Tri-County Regional Jail in Champaign County. The Union County Prosecutor’s Office is handling the case.
