No decisions were made at the meeting, something emphasized by Commissioner Dave Mills both during the Board of Commissioners meeting on Jan. 27, and at the beginning of the town hall meeting. Administrator Kristen Trebil-Halbersma told WTIP after the town hall that the meeting allowed for a more informal conversation to take place before any final decisions.
