Man hospitalised with serious injuries after road traffic collisionA man remains in hospital with serious injuries following a road traffic collision in Wrexham yesterday evening (Wednesday, January 28). Emergency services were called shortly to reports of a collision involving a blue BMW car and a pedestrian on Holt Road. The pedestrian, a 24-year-old local man, sustained serious leg injuries and was taken to the Wrexham Maelor Hospital. Officers are appealing for witnesses and are urging anybody who may have witnessed the collision, or anybody who was in the area at the time to contact North Wales Police via the website or by calling 101, quoting reference number 26000077393.
