The most immediate changes in NSW include farmers being limited to 10 firearms, standard firearm licences being reduced from five years to two years, licences being restricted to Australian citizens, with most licencees having to be members of an approved gun club, category A and B firearms limited to 10 rounds and shotguns limited to five rounds.
