THOMASVILLE — The Scholars Academy of Thomasville High School is proud to announce that senior Dhruket Patel has been named the 2025 PAGE STAR Student, and his teacher, Barbara Peralta, has been recognized as the STAR Teacher. The PAGE STAR (Student Teacher Achievement Recognition) program, a prestigious honor presented by the Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE), recognizes the academic excellence of Georgia’s top high school seniors and the educators who have made a significant impact on their success. As part of the STAR Student honor, Patel selected Peralta as his STAR Teacher, recognizing her influence, guidance, and support throughout his academic journey. Peralta has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to student growth, academic rigor, and mentorship, making a lasting impact on students at The Scholars Academy.
