A Safe Place for Women & ChildrenCrossRoads to Hope Emergency Overnight Shelter holds a unique place in the community as the first walk-in emergency overnight shelter for homeless women and children in Owensboro and Daviess County, Kentucky. CrossRoads partners with TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) to offer food at no cost to individuals and families experiencing short-term hunger.
