When you arrive, a blue circle will be in front of the restaurant where you can walk into to start the challenge. There is a heat meter in the bottom right that slowly ticks down from the moment you start the challenge until it turns red before running out. Keep an eye on the heat meter to keep the tips you receive high. Even if the heat meter runs out, you can still complete the challenge, the only thing you won’t earn is the Hot and Fresh bonus reward.
