MSC Magnifica Transits Panama Canal During World Cruise

MSC Cruises today released photos of the MSC Magnifica transiting through the Panama Canal as part of her 2026 World Cruise.
MSC said that the transit offers guests a rare opportunity to experience this route connecting the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.
“Beyond its engineering significance, the Canal offers breathtaking views of lush rainforests and vibrant wildlife,” the company stated, calling the journey a “once-in-a-lifetime experience.”MSC also highlighted the extensive refurbishment completed onboard the MSC Magnifica ahead of its current world cruise.
The MSC Magnifica has already travelled from the Mediterranean across the Atlantic to the Caribbean and Central America, where it completed its Panama Canal transit.
MSC said that guests wishing to sail through the Panama Canal can embark on upcoming sailings onboard the MSC Poesia in 2026 and 2027, as well as the 2027 World Cruise onboard the MSC Magnifica.
